RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT OF GOVERNOR or AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

By submitting this declaration, I accept and responsibly declare the following:

1) I declare that I accept the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Notice of Race, and all other regulations and provisions governing this race, and I will comply with them. I will accept the penalties and any other actions imposed on me in accordance with these regulations and the procedures provided, as a final resolution to any issue arising under these regulations. I also agree not to resort to any court regarding the decisions that will arise.

2) I declare that I compete at my own risk and in accordance with Fundamental Rule 3 of the Racing Rules of Sailing of World Sailing. It is solely my responsibility to decide whether to start or continue racing. I also acknowledge that the Organizing Authority/Organizing Club and any Committee related to the race bear no responsibility for any accidents or damages that may occur to my boat, persons, or property, whether at sea or on land, during the race. I further declare that I will not resort to any court regarding this decision and its consequences.

3) I further declare that the aforementioned boat is equipped according to the requirements of the World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations (OSR) for races of its category, including any additional requirements specified in the Notice of Race.

4) I responsibly declare that the Stability Certificate of the aforementioned boat, a copy of which is attached, is valid and has not been altered or revoked for any reason up to this date.

5) I declare that the relevant provisions of G.K.L. Articles 20 and 23, as amended and in force, will be observed. The required maritime documents and equipment for the boat's category are valid and on board. Additionally, the international maritime safety regulations will be followed.

6) I declare that my crew and I are fully aware of and comply with the applicable sports law provisions and that we hold valid sports licenses.
